Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid PCT national certification or state-specific certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in education and training of direct patient care staff as a preceptor.
• Support dialysis treatment setup and operation under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Monitor patient vital signs and treatment parameters and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Document treatment data accurately and maintain chart records.
• Maintain infection control practices and assist with environmental cleanliness.
