Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PCT national certification or state-specific certification required.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training as defined by CMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under RN supervision and follow physician orders.
• Assist in training and education of staff; act as a preceptor as allowed by state guidelines.
• Support CQI activities and infection control practices within the clinic.
• Document treatment data accurately and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with transition of new patients and education on ESRD care.
