Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Richardson, TX is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our clinical team.

You will work under a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to deliver dialysis treatment, attend to patients' needs, and support safe, compassionate care. You will monitor patients, handle routine blood sample collection as ordered, follow safety protocols, maintain machines, and engage in ongoing training to meet state and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
• Monitor vital signs before/after treatment and during therapy.
• Prepare machines, disinfect, and conduct safety checks per protocol.
• Work with RN/Charge Nurse in care planning and attend required meetings.
