Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D required.
• CMS/state licensure requirements within required state or CMS timeline.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate hemodialysis machines per orders and RN supervision.
• Take pre/post treatment vitals and document treatment parameters.
• Monitor patient response and intervene as prescribed; ensure safety alarms and NVL checks.
• Maintain clean, safe environment; adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
• Document Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet accurately and report changes to nurse or supervisor.
