• Monitor vital signs and respond as ordered.
• Maintain a safe, clean dialysis environment between treatments.
• Record treatment data and complete Hemodialysis Treatment Sheets.
• Prepare lab specimens and assist with blood work as needed.
• Support CQI and infection-control practices.
