Fresenius Medical Care in Marion, IL is hiring a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team, providing safe and effective therapy under RN supervision. You will assist in machine setup, patient prep, and monitoring throughout treatment.

Responsibilities include evaluating vital signs, performing cannulation as directed, administering heparin where allowed, and documenting all treatment data. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment and support CQI initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• CMS-approved state certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines.
• Monitor vitals, weight, and patient status during treatment.
• Cannulate vascular access and administer heparin as allowed by law.
• Document treatment data accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment area and assist with supplies.
