Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to assist in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under nurse supervision. You will set up and operate dialysis machines, monitor patients, and help maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.

The role involves patient education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team to support quality improvement and patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CMS certification/licensure as required by state regulations.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dialysis machines and monitor patient treatment parameters.
• Assess patient condition and report changes to the nurse or supervisor.
• Record vital signs, treatment data, and alarms as prescribed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area.
• Assist in training direct care staff under supervision of a nurse.
