Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-approved state or national certification within required CMS timeline.
• CPR certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data accurately.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment area and inventory supplies.
• Assist in patient education and transition considerations as directed.
