Fresenius Medical Care in Richmond, VA is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support dialysis therapy under RN supervision. You will assist with setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patient condition, record vital signs, manage supplies, and maintain a safe treatment environment.

Training through our dialysis program is provided; prior patient care experience preferred. The role includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient during treatment and document vital signs.
• Prepare and maintain treatment area and equipment between sessions.
• Assist with vascular access checks and safety protocols.
• Enter data into treatment records accurately and timely.
