Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a Patient Care Technician to assist the dialysis team and support patients undergoing treatment in our clinical setting. The role involves assisting with the care plan, monitoring vitals, and participating in infection control under RN supervision.

The position offers full-time hours with 12-hour shifts starting early in the morning, Sundays off, and comprehensive benefits. Experience in healthcare is welcomed but not required as paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
• CNA/EMT/med. assistant/CNT and/or phlebotomy skills desired

Responsibilities

• Infection control, risk management and patient education activities
• Guide new patients through 120-day education plan
• Record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment
• Insert and remove patient access needles
• Monitor patients during dialysis and inform charge nurse of concerns
