U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis teams.

You will work directly with patients to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis, monitor vital signs, and assist with blood collection under supervision. The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with nurses to support patient care. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, desire to help patients, and any prior dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Assist with machine setup, cleaning, disinfection, and safety checks.
• Work under RN/Charge Nurse supervision and adhere to policies and regulations.
