Job summary

DaVita in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision during dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering safe, hygienic dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers and other care team

Qualifications

• Accredited High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and Other Care Team Members.
