Qualifications

• Obtain pre- and post-treatment vitals and monitor patient condition.
• Record treatment data accurately and document in the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Ensure safety alarms and proper machine checks before treatment.
• Maintain infection control practices and keep equipment and area clean between treatments.
• Assist in transition care and coordination with nursing staff as needed.
