DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients undergoing dialysis in an outpatient clinic in Texas. As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining treatment.

Key responsibilities include delivering safe dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health while collaborating with nurses and the care team.

Qualificações

• Accredited High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
