Job summary

Pure Life Renal Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, delivering dialysis treatment and direct patient care per physician orders and facility policy. The role includes operating dialysis equipment, documenting treatment notes, and reporting changes in patient condition.

You will participate in emergency procedures and ensure a clean, safe dialysis area while supporting the care team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patient(s).
• Perform all technical aspects of dialysis procedures for assigned patients as prescribed.
• Monitor and document dialysis treatment notes per policy in electronic medical records.
• Responsible for reporting any significant information, change in patient condition, or equipment problems.
• Assist with all emergency operation procedures.
• Initiate basic CPR measures in the event of patient cardiac and/or pulmonary arrest, and respond to emergencies.
