Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support the dialysis team in a patient-centered setting. This role involves assisting with treatment, recording vitals, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols under RN supervision.

The position offers a part-time schedule with three 8-hour shifts starting at 9:30am, Sundays off, and a pay range of $18.50–$23.00 per hour depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in infection control and patient education.
• Guide new patients through 120-day education plan.
• Record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Operate under RN supervision.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment.
• Insert and remove patient access needles.
• Monitor patients and report concerns to charge nurse.
• Calculate weight loss toward dry weight targets.
• Prioritize care and manage workload.
• Maintain patient privacy and professional relationships.
• Track inventory and perform laboratory work.
