CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Oklahoma City is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join the dialysis health care team. You will assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under RN supervision and help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting CQI initiatives.

The role emphasizes patient education, monitoring vital signs, cannulation, heparin administration as delegated, and accurate documentation of treatment data.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required with CMS/state licensure as applicable.
• CPR certification and completion of dialysis training program may be required.
• Experience in a hospital or related patient care setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under RN supervision.
• Take pre/post treatment vital signs, document data, and monitor patient condition.
• Cannulate vascular access and administer heparin as delegated or allowed by state law.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support infection control and CQI activities.
• Provide patient education regarding adequacy measures and treatment processes.
