Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient vital signs and weight, and document treatment data.
• Evaluate vascular access and monitor for patency during treatment.
• Administer heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.
• Perform post-dialysis assessments and prepare patient discharge documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe dialysis environment and comply with infection control policies.
