Job summary

• CMS-certified state/national certification within the required state or CMS timeline.

• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures and treatment process.
• Monitor vital signs and weight; document treatment parameters.
• Record treatment data accurately and report changes to RN or supervisor.
