Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-approved state licensure or national certification as required.
• Must have CMS/state licensure/training as applicable.
• Previous patient care experience preferred; CPR certification required.

• Monitor vital signs and weight; assess vascular access.
• Initiate dialysis treatment per physician orders.
• Document treatment data; report changes to RN.
