Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team in California. You will work under supervision of an RN or Charge Nurse to deliver patient care and manage treatment procedures for renal patients.

You will be responsible for preparing machines, monitoring patients during dialysis, and maintaining safety and compliance with protocols. This role requires CPR certification within 90 days and state or national certification within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments and ensure safety checks.
• Clean and disinfect machines after treatment and log quality control results.
• Adhere to safety measures and company policies; participate in staff meetings and training.
