DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision during life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health, while collaborating with the care team.

Competenze

• Accredited High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Mansioni

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
