Fresenius Medical Care in Reno, NV is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team on a per diem basis. The role focuses on coordinating care, patient assessment, and execution of hemodialysis protocols within the CAP pathway.

Strong communication with the interdisciplinary team and patient/family education are key components. The position requires RN licensure, BLS, and 9 months RN experience with dialysis exposure; travel to training sites may be required; per diem schedule

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 9 months RN experience required.
• 3 months dialysis experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document appropriately.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the care team and supervise technicians as assigned.
