Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the dialysis business across 6–10 facilities within a defined area.
• Leads staffing decisions, performance management and succession planning.
• Manages budgets, P&L and payor mix to achieve targets and growth.
• Collaborates with Medical Directors and regional leadership to align strategy.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, patient safety and high-quality care.
