Qualifications
- DC RN License required.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- 12 months of clinical nursing experience and 6 months in dialysis care.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- CDN or CNN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dialysis program and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient needs.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate dialysis staff for clinical excellence and development.
- Ensure regulatory, CMS, and infection-control compliance.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive performance improvements.
