Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Manager to lead facility operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality dialysis treatments in a nonprofit setting. The role includes a strong focus on patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This on-site leadership position emphasizes mission-driven care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN).
• Six months' dialysis experience required; one year dialysis experience preferred.
• One year clinical nursing experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CA Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement standards of care per ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI's QAPI program and clinic requirements.
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside nurse educator.
• Coordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management program implementation with quality and risk manager.
• Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses and equipment technicians.
• Integrate unit activities with clinic operations director and medical director.
• Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with medical director.
• Fulfill supervisory responsibilities per DCI policies and applicable laws.
• Work with area operations director on identifying operational efficiencies.

The Dialysis Nurse Manager is responsible for dialysis facility management and nursing personnel supervision to ensure safe, efficient dialysis treatments for all DCI patients.

Compensation: Pay range from $125,000-$150,000 annually, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

• Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with medical director
• Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance to DCI's policies and procedures and applicable laws
• Work closely with area operations director on identifying operational efficiencies
