Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Education: Direct hemodialysis care, assessments, meds, patient education.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Delegate tasks, supervise dialysis technicians, ensure standards.
• Treatment Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor response, adjust plans, document outcomes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with physicians and team, report lab results.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain EMR, complete care plans, follow protocols.
