Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure, and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will provide direct hemodialysis care, supervise technicians, monitor treatments, document interventions, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State appropriate RN license and BLS certification.
• Dialysis experience preferred but not required for all settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, and educate patients on renal health.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Monitor patient response, adjust plans, and document interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report lab results.
