Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The role involves direct hemodialysis care, patient education on renal health, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality care.

The successful candidate will supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatments, and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR/EHR system in accordance with policy and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of Michigan or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 1–2 years of dialysis or nephrology nursing experience preferred.
• Strong patient education and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans as needed; document interventions accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
