• Supervises care provided by dialysis technicians and maintains safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and educates patients on renal health.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians and monitors performance.
• Monitors patient response and documents outcomes.
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team; reports critical lab results.
• Maintains electronic medical records and ensures care plans are completed.
