Sanderling Renal Services, Inc. is seeking a determined, disciplined Registered Nurse with strong state survey readiness knowledge for the California dialysis market.

Prepare facilities across California for state visits and instruct staff on up-to-date protocols to ensure survey criteria are met. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of dialysis experience and leadership capabilities to guide in-center, Home Hemodialysis, and Peritoneal Dialysis training and support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Strong computer literacy and EMR experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years Dialysis experience required.
• Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.
