Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nonprofit in-center hemodialysis team. You will provide care under RN supervision, monitor access and labs, and support infection control and safety policies.

The full-time schedule features four 10-hour shifts with Sundays off and paid training. Compensation starts at $28+ per hour with robust medical, retirement and PTO benefits, plus education reimbursement and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Accredited practical nursing program completion.
• Dialysis experience preferred, not required.
• Current MTLPN license.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Current state IV therapy training requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision throughout treatment.
• Monitor access and patient condition during and after dialysis.
• Follow infection control policies and water treatment concepts.
• Educate patients regarding medications within scope of practice.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings to maintain and expand skills.
