Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Avon, CT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nonprofit dialysis center care team.

This full-time role includes four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:30am, Sundays off, and no overnight shifts, with home clinic in Avon and weekly coverage at the Manchester clinic. We offer paid 12-week training with a preceptor, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, life and long-term disability coverage, PTO including holidays, ESB, retirement matching up to 8%,

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision.
• Monitor treatment and obtain lab work.
• Assess patient access and intervene as needed.
• Follow infection control policies and procedures.
• Understand water treatment concepts and effects on care.
• Communicate with charge nurse about patient changes.
• Administer and educate on medications within scope.
• Attend training and staff meetings to maintain skills.
