DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis center, delivering compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal disease. You will join a team that values empathy, patient relationships and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring diverse nursing skills.
• Float to various facilities during and after training.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
