Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for an outpatient dialysis center in the United States. This role involves delivering compassionate nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

No dialysis experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The position offers opportunities across multiple clinics with a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required)

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
