Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for an outpatient dialysis center in Covington, TN. You will deliver compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal disease or CKD, with training provided and opportunities to float across facilities during and after onboarding.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced team environment. DaVita offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• IV certification required if state regulations require it
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; DaVita systems within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities requiring individualized treatment plans.
• Work with head, heart and hands in a fast-paced environment.
• Float to various facilities during and after training.
• Be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
