Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to oversee maintenance and repair of water treatment and dialysis equipment across clinics.

You will ensure patient and staff safety by upholding electrical and water quality protocols, recording maintenance, and coordinating with administrators. Responsibilities include inventory control, ordering supplies, performing preventative maintenance, and training staff on equipment use.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience in dialysis, hospital, or medical settings preferred.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Ability to react and perform under stress and in emergency situations.
• Effective communication in writing and speaking.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others to plan and organize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment, dialysis machines, and related systems to ensure patient safety.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory counts, and control of excess inventory.
• Maintain maintenance records and preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform water quality checks and electrical safety tests on equipment.
• Provide training to staff on equipment use and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Administrators to meet clinic needs and respond to inquiries.

Education
