Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Biomedical Technician to oversee maintenance and repair of water treatment and dialysis equipment, ensuring patient and staff safety.

The role requires performing water quality checks, electrical safety tests, and maintaining maintenance records across assigned clinics. Responsibilities include supporting inventory and procurement, following protocol, and participating in training and team initiatives to enhance clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Dialysis/hospital/medical experience preferred.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to work under stress and in emergencies.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and plan/organize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment, medical equipment and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Perform water quality checks (chlorine, total chlorine, hardness) according to protocol.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on dialysis machines and related equipment.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
• Keep accurate maintenance records for the facility’s equipment.
• Assist with inventory control, purchasing, and supplies stocking.
