Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to maintain and repair dialysis equipment and water treatment systems across our kidney care clinics. You will train colleagues on operational maintenance of dialysis machines to ensure patient safety and manage medical supplies.

The role involves maintaining the facility, documenting repairs, and coordinating with vendors to ensure contract adherence. Evening/weekend availability and on-call coverage may be required as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in electronics/biomedical technology or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required in state of residence.
• Continued employment dependent on successful Fresenius Biomedical Technician training within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant, as directed.
• Documents all repairs and maintenance activity.
• Provides scheduled after hours technical on-call coverage for clinics.
