Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to service and repair dialysis and water-treatment systems in our kidney care clinics. The role includes training colleagues and ensuring safe operation of equipment.

You will manage inventory, perform routine testing, and collaborate with clinic staff to meet regulatory standards. A background in electronics/biomedical tech and a valid license support success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in electronics / biomedical technology preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant and ensures external vendor services per contract.
• Purchases and manages inventory of service parts and supplies.
• Performs water/dialysate sample collection and analyzes trends.
• Documents repairs and maintenance; participates in regulatory meetings.
