Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required in state of residence.
• Continued employment depends on successful completion of Fresenius Biomedical Technician training within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant as directed and ensures external vendor services meet contract terms.
• Purchases and maintains service parts inventory; performs water/dialysate sample collection and actioning results.
• Documents repairs and maintenance activities; plans and installs biomedical equipment for safe facility operation.
• Provides after-hours technical on-call coverage as needed and participates in regulatory meetings.
