Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. seeks a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our Dialysis Center team.

You will educate hemodialysis patients, perform monthly assessments, review labs, and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. The role requires a Bachelor's in nutrition or Dietetics, active licensure, and at least one year of clinical dietetics experience; ESRD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics is required.
• Master’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics is preferred.
• Active Dietitian licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with clinical dietetics is required; ESRD patients preferred.
• Must have a flexible schedule and ability to fill in as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education to hemodialysis patients.
• Completes monthly assessments and reviews labs with patients.
• Rounds with physicians weekly or as needed.
• Recommends vitamins, binders, and nutritional supplements.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to address nutritional and emotional needs of patients.
