Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) seeks compassionate Registered Dietitians to join our Dialysis Center team. You will educate patients, review labs, and round with physicians weekly, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to address nutrition and hydration needs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in nutrition or Dietetics, active licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; ESRD experience preferred. Flexible scheduling and remote work once weekly are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Master’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics preferred.
• Active Dietitian licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical dietetics experience; ESRD preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and pass color vision test.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education to hemodialysis patients.
• Completes monthly assessments and reviews labs with patients.
• Rounds with physicians weekly or as needed.
• Recommends vitamins, binders, and nutritional supplements.
• Works with interdisciplinary staff to address nutritional needs.
• Monitors weights and adjusts diet and fluid needs.
