Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred.
• Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert dialysis care by performing treatments according to prescribed protocols and physician orders—you'll be a pro at this!
• Be a patient champion by monitoring vital signs during treatment and staying alert to any changes in condition. Your attentiveness truly matters!
• Master the machines by setting up and operating dialysis equipment like a pro, plus handling routine maintenance and troubleshooting with confidence.
• Support patient wellness by administering medications and intravenous fluids exactly as prescribed—precision and care in every action.
• Educate and empower patients and families by sharing knowledge about dialysis procedures, dietary tips, and self-care strategies that help them thrive.
• Keep meticulous records by documenting treatment activities and patient progress with accuracy and attention to detail—your documentation helps drive better outcomes!
