Responsibilities

• Monitor patients during treatment, observe vital signs, and respond to changes to ensure safety.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, diet, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain meticulous treatment records documenting patient progress and care.
