Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed with precision.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, diet, and self-care.
• Document treatment activities and patient progress in medical records.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the unit.
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing education.
