Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments following prescribed protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions during treatment.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis, diet, and self-care.
• Document treatment activities and patient progress accurately.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards in the unit.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
