Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment with confidence, including routine maintenance.
• Administer medications and intravenous fluids exactly as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis, dietary needs, and self-care strategies.
• Keep meticulous records documenting treatment activities and patient progress.
• Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards in the dialysis unit.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
