About this role: As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure the delivery of quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations. You will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing clinic operations, costs, staffing, and quality standards.
2. Providing leadership, coaching, and development for staff.
3. Partnering with HR, Quality, and Technical departments.
4. Overseeing the Home Therapies Program.
5. Maintaining medical and operational records and ensuring compliance.
6. Managing financials, supplies, and audits.
7. Ensuring timely patient care assessments and schedules.
8. Supporting staff hiring, training, evaluations, and scheduling.
9. Facilitating physician privileges and maintaining strong physician relationships.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, RN licensure, 6+ years healthcare operations experience, 12 months clinical nursing, 6 months dialysis nursing. Preferred: supervisory experience, Med/surg or ICU background.

Physical demands: Includes desk work, patient interaction, travel, and physical tasks like lifting and assisting patients.
