Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the United States is seeking a Training Specialist to support the education of employees in dialysis facilities across Georgia. The role focuses on delivering standardized, competency-based training, including new employee orientation, preceptor training, and in-service sessions to promote high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to implement education programs, advance lifelong learning, and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

• RN licensure in primary state of residence and in assigned states as directed.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR BLS certification; ongoing education and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized, competency-based training to staff across dialysis facilities.
• Lead new employee orientation and preceptor training programs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align education with patient care goals.
